About Court Taylor
Raised in rural Georgia, Court Taylor fell in love with storytelling through music while dancing around her grandparents’ pool table. From Hank Williams Sr to Loretta Lynn, Brandy Clark, Chris Stapleton, Miranda Lambert, The Allman Brothers, and Ashley McBryde, Court practiced singing their songs alone in her room or in her kitchen when no one was home.
Court found her voice and passion for singing and songwriting in 2020 while living in Tucson, Arizona after mustering up the courage to sing a song for her friends in the backyard. They encouraged her to pursue a career in music and share her stories with the world.
In 2022, she began performing consistently after moving back home to Richmond Hill, GA. Since then she’s performed at The Great Ogeechee Seafood Festival, Enmarket Arena at the Truly Terrace stage opening for Kane Brown, Georgia Country Music Festival, and many places around Nashville, TN, including Live Oak and Bobby’s Idle Hour.
Currently residing in Nashville, Court has melted all of her influences together to create a bluesy, gritty, heartfelt alternative country sound unlike any other.
